The project
Eterna Polimedico is a multi-specialist medical centre developed by Business Pyramid Group S.r.l. from the initial phase through to the construction of the facility and its operating system.
Business Pyramid oversaw the design of the environments and interior, the definition of the facility's identity, the development of the website, and the creation of the digital tools necessary for the centre’s daily management.
The project also includes the development of the CRM and management software, the organisation of specialists' schedules, and the management of attendance, appointments, and requests, creating a coordinated system between the facility, reception, and specialists.
The goal was to build Eterna as a comprehensive project in which the physical space, organisation, and digital tools were developed under the same direction.

Project vision
The vision behind Eterna Polimedico was to build a healthcare facility organised around the needs of professionals and patients.
The layout of the environments was developed alongside the organisation of the facility, creating professional spaces consistent with Eterna's identity and suitable for hosting various specialists.
At the same time, a digital ecosystem was built to support the daily functioning of the centre, linking the website, management of specialists, schedules, appointments, requests, and reception activities.
The goal was to create a recognisable, organised medical centre supported by tools designed specifically around its operational model.
Strategy
The strategy began with the complete construction of the Eterna project, developing the physical structure, identity, organisation, and digital tools in parallel.
Business Pyramid oversaw the planning and interior design of the environments, defining the spaces allocated to professionals and building the overall identity of the Polimedico.
Subsequently, the website, CRM, and the facility's management system were developed, organising professionals, attendance, availability, appointments, requests, and schedules within a single system.
The work continued with the organisation of operational processes and the tools necessary for the reception team to coordinate the daily activities of the facility.
Eterna Polimedico was therefore developed as a unified project, in which spaces, organisation, and technology were built together to support the operation and development of the centre.
